A service in which quality is not delivered throughout the process - indeed throughout every link in the chain - will not be able to deliver on this proposition, and thus, is of no value to your business. We realize that the work we do only holds value if quality is inherent every step of the way.
Our process is therefore infused with quality control from the very beginning. Every transaction, phone call, keystroke, and management report has the benefit of both technology (automated), as well as process controls (manual).
Three Step Process
Information is first received from our clients, at which time the data is examined for inconsistencies. We benchmark this data against our own municipality database, and flag any accounts for further research. This crucial step aligns our data, and ensures that the correct municipalities have been assigned to each account.
Next, data is collected for each individual account. Our team uses a combination of phone calls, interactive websites, faxes, emails, and on occasion, in-person visits to facilitate the collection of data. Every step of the way, we require some written or electronic confirmation to keep an audit trail.
This information is then input into our EMS (Escrow Management System), including the audit documentation, where our verification professionals take over. This quality control ensures that the audit documentation matches with the information in EMS. At this point, data is ready for viewing by your organization where you can rest assured that it is complete, accurate, and valid - three critical factors in providing valuable information to your management team.
